Hey,
I’m Sassy Wyatt, 31 and been totally blind for just over 9 years now. I live near London with my Handsome and hilarious Husband Grant and our gorgeous Guide Dog Ida! 🐾
you may recognise me as the blind bride on Channel 4’s Posh Frock Shop aired June 2018, where I try on wedding dresses as a blind girl designed and styled by the award-winning Ian Stewart.
You can still catch all the episodes of Posh Frock Shop on All4.

Sassy wearing a black dress with white flowers, stands next to Ida a Black Labrador retriever cross, she is wearing her guide dog harness and holty. There are two trees and a row of shops in the background.

I’m a Disability awareness consultant and content creator that adores travel and can usually be found planning my next adventure!
I’m passionate about changing the landscape of accessible tourism imploring destinations, brands and tourism boards to Consider the needs and requirements of disabled travellers. Living with both arthritis and blindness I give a very unique perspective of my local and International explorations.

On land, air and sea Ida has been on almost every trip and loves nothing more than exploring a new city or country with me. Soft adventure travel makes my heart sing but more often than not you’ll find me taking a walking tour, chatting with locals or eating my way through the culture, as this is how I appreciate and interpret my surroundings.

You don’t have to have sight to see the beauty of this world.

  1. Hi Sassy,

You don’t know me, we did meet a few years ago. I’m a friend of Lisa’s, you may remember my sister Nikki who passed away 3 years ago.

I love reading your inspirational blogs.

Wishing you all the best on your new journey with Grant next year. X
